LBO and Capzanine exit DCI
LBO France and Capzanine have sold DCI Group to Naxicap Partners, which has acquired a majority stake in the company.
As part of the deal, managers who recently joined the company including Fabrice Tusseau, who was appointed CEO in 2011 and president in 2014, have increased their stakes.
Following the transaction, Naxicap will support DCI's next phase of growth, which will include acquisitions and geographical expansion.
