Institutional update - Ledstiernan announces new ownership
Swedish fund manager Robur AB has acquired 4.9% of the shares in Ledstiernan. The sellers are Ledstiernan's founders and Ledstiernan's CEO Johan Wachtemeister. Following the acquisition, Ledstiernan's founders and the CEO control 36% of the shares. Jan Carlzon, the chairman of Ledstiernan, welcomes Robur as an institutional owner, which will strengthen the ownership structure in the company further. Robur is one of Scandinavia's largest mutual fund managers and a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedbank, known as FöreningsSparbanken in Sweden. This announcement follows on from the earlier announcemett that Industrivärden has acquired 3.3% of the shares in Ledstiernan through a combination of a new share issue and an acquisition of shares in payment of their 22.5% holding in the network security company Interpeak AB
