Swedish law firm Vinge has appointed six senior associates to partners. These are: Henrik Borna, who specialises in M&A, corporate and IT law; Fredrik Dahl, who focuses on employment law; Christina Kokko who works in the M&A department; Pär Remnelid who specialises in EU law, antitrust law and M&A; Mattias Schömer who specialises in tax law; Fredrik Sonander who focuses on corporate finance, corporate law and M&A.
