Following a re-issue of its shares, Bure's major shareholders (of capital/voting rights) are as follows: Sjätte AP-fonden 16.37%, Eikos 10.08%, Nordstjernan AB 5.32%, Morgan Stanley & Co 4.59%, UBS Norway 2.45%, Catella Reavinstfond 1.84%, Lannebo Småbolag 1.45%, Lannebo Småbolag Select 1.45%, UBS Luxembourg 1.08%, SEB Private Bank 1.02%. The total number of shares in Bure amounts to 325.3m. Bure has previously re-purchased in total 4,945,500 shares, of which 3,945,500 shares were acquired via an agreement with a bank, a so-called 'synthetic' arrangement.
