Litexco Venture Capital has invested E240,000 for an 80% majority shareholding in the company Sodi Stores, the commercial name of which is Aduo Shops. The management holds the remaining 20% interest. The amount invested by Litexco could increase to as much as E720,000 in the future. The deal was completed in January and was sourced privately.CompanyAduo shops opened in January 2005 and focuses on the sale of tights and socks. The company plans to open 60 shops throughout Spain and following further financing may expand internationally. Litexco will not only provide financial backing but will also offer the company support and guidance based on its knowledge of international markets.
