It has been reported that Industri Kapital will achieve an IPO of Alfa Laval in mid-May. It is expected that the company, in which Industri Kapital holds a 62.2% stake, will be valued at around SKr 15bn by the flotation. The company employs around 10,000 staff and makes pumps, heat exchangers and automation applications.]]>
