Vest-Wood makes first acquisition since de-listing
Vest-Wood A/S has completed the acquisition of German door manufacturer Pfleider, as part of its strategy of expansion outside the Nordic region. The move is Vest-Wood’s first acquisition since it was delisted from the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in July this year by a consortium of investors led by Polaris Private Equity and Axcel (May 2002, page 29). Following the acquisition, Vest-Wood will operate with a turnover of approximately DKr 3bn.
