2M Invest increases share capital
2M Invest A/S has increased the number of its shares by 498,332 to 16,930,032 and the share capital by DKr 4,983,320 nominal value to DKr 169,300,320 nominal value. The increase is the result of the exercise of part of the warrants for shares having a nominal value of DKr 19.65m, previously issued to 2M Invest’s management and employees. The subscription price is DKr 49 and, as a result, 2M Invest received a capital injection of just over DKr 24m. The increase in share capital amounts to DKr 4.98m, while DKr 19.4m has been added to shareholders’ equity as share premium on capital increase.
