The Supreme Administrative Court clears Bure Equity
The Supreme Administrative Court has decided not to grant the National Tax Board leave to appeal in the dispute relating to the 1994 income tax assessment of Bure Equity AB. Following a lengthy dispute, the Tax Authority and the National Tax Board have maintained that Bure was not an investment company at the time of the 1994 income tax assessment. The Supreme Administrative Court’s decision means that Bure, in line with the judgements of the County Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal, will be taxed as an investment company in the 1994 assessment.
