
TopoTarget set to list
Danish biopharmaceutical company TopoTarget A/S is poised to release a preliminary offering circular of between 8-10 million new shares, with a nominal value of DKK 1, in connection with a proposed listing on the Danish Stock Exchange. A listing is scheduled for around 10 June. According to press reports, the offering consists of a public offering in Denmark, an international offering to institutional investors outside the US and an offer to qualified institutions within the US. TopoTarget's financial investors include Deutsche Venture Capital, HealthCap and BankInvest.
