
Proventure and Pohjola-Suomi Group sign asset management agreement
Proventure Oy has announced that it has signed an asset management agreement with Suomi Group and Pohjola to take over the management of their private equity portfolios. This agreement covers commitments granted by Suomi and Pohjola in some 80 private equity funds in Europe and the US for a total amount of circa E600m. Proventure Oy also has a discretionary mandate to make new investments on behalf of Suomi for an additional amount of E200m over the next two years. Proventure Oy has also recruited two new investment directors as partnets: Ari Jauho and Mr Samuli Sipilä.
