New corporate structure for Nordic Mezzanine

Nordic Mezzanine Ltd of Helsinki and London-based Nordic Mezzanine UK Ltd have changed roles in the fund management structure. Nordic Mezzanine UK Ltd has become the management company of both Nordic Mezzanine Fund and Nordic Mezzanine Fund II. Following this arrangement Nordic Mezzanine Ltd in Finland becomes the advisory company of the funds.
