
T-Venture Holding GmbH
Thomas Kühr has resigned as chairman of the managing board of T-Venture Holding GmbH and resigned from all other offices in the Deutsche Telekom Group with immediate effect. Kühr had been chairman of the managing board of T-Venture since the company was established in 1997 and played a key role in developing and implementing Deutsche Telekom AG's corporate venture capital concept. The supervisory board of T-Venture has subsequently appointed a new managing board. Dr Georg Schwegler has taken over as Chairman of the managing board of T-Venture Holding GmbH as of March 1, 2005. Schwegler has held various management positions at Deutsche Telekom since 1995 and has been with T-Venture since October 2000. At the same time, Dr Axel Kolb will join the managing board. He has been with T-Venture since August 2000, most recently responsible for the T-Mobile Venture Fund. Thomas Grothe remains on the managing board.
