Axcel IndustriInvestor

It has been announced that Johannes Poulsen, CEO of Vestas Wind Systems, and Jens Bisgaard-Frantzen, head of private equity at ATP, are joining the board of directors at Axcel IndustriInvestor. The change follows the change in ownership behind Axcel, caused by the establishment of Axcel II, which held a final closing on DKr 2.5bn last year. Mr Poulsen will represent the new shareholders of Axcel II, while Mr Bisgaard-Frantzen will represent the interests of ATP, one of the largest shareholders behind Axcel.
