IPOs in the region have suffered in recent months, particularly with the market volatility caused by fears over Japan's 8.9 magnitude earthquake in March, and a number of listings were shelved as a result, including that of Danish outsourcing group ISS.

Despite this, investment activity in the Nordics has been stable in Q1, with ten buyouts recorded by unquote", roughly in line with figures seen a year ago.
