Bridgepoint Capital opens Stockholm office
Having been investing in the region since 1995, Bridgepoint Capital has opened an office in Stockholm, its first in the Nordic region. Headed by director Graham Oldroyd, who will be joined by fellow Nordic team members Chris Busby and Chris Bell, the new office will continue to focus on mid-market buyouts and growth capital transactions across a range of sectors. Commenting on the prospects for investment in the Nordic region, Graham Oldroyd says: ‘The Nordic market remains very attractive thanks to its strong business culture and well-developed economies. We are particularly attracted by the cross-border nature of many Nordic businesses, which is a key component of growth in the type of businesses we like to back.’
