Stefano Sirolli has joined Industri Kapital as head of the group’s newly-founded Italian team. Formerly Sirolli was with the Italian Treasury where he worked from 1994-1998 focusing on the privatisation of Telecom Italia. Prior to this he worked with Morgan Stanley in Milan where dealt with mergers and acquisitions and deal origination in corporate finance. In his new role Sirolli will be responsible for finding new investment opportunities in the Italian market and will also work with the firm’s portfolio companies that are looking to expand into Italy.
