Bure Equity and Investor team up to form joint company within CRM
Bure Equity and Investor AB are forming a joint group of specialist companies within Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The first two building blocks in the new group, Customer Group AB, are Vendator Institutet and Oculos. Bure will have a 40% ownership in Customer Group, while Investor will hold 20%. The aim is to bring together companies within different segments of the CRM sector and form a one-stop-shop for companies which are moving away from focusing on products towards a focus on customers. Vendator, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bure, operates in sales and service oriented training and within change management. Investor Growth Capital is the largest single owner of Oculos, which specialises in IT support for CRM and customer focused business development. Customer Group will initially have sales of around SKr 100m and employ approximately 100 staff. Sven-Ã…ke Lewin, senior investment manager of e-Knowledge at Bure, is managing the project on behalf of Bure, while HÃ¥kan Jansson is representing Investor Growth Capital.
