ArosMaizels changes name to Nordea Securities

Since the merger of Unidanmark and MeritaNordbanken, the now combined investment banking activities have been marketed under the ArosMaizels brand. Following the inclusion of Christiania Bank and Kreditkasse into the equation and the subsequent creation of the Nordea brand, it has been announced that the investment banking division is to be an integral part of Nordea and will be conducted under the Nordea Securities brand. ArosMaizels AB in Sweden has changed its name to Nordea Securities AB, and the Finnish companies, ArosMaizels Corporate Finance Oy and ArosMaizels Oyj have taken on the names, Nordea Securities Corporate Finance Oy and Nordea Securities Oyj.
