
Mezzanin Kapital changes investment focus
Mezzanin Kapital, the largest provider of mezzanine financing in Denmark, has announced that it has shifted its investment focus more towards growth capital and has expanded its portfolio from EUR 14.5m to EUR 23m. Mezzanin Kapital typically provides loans of between EUR 500,000 and EUR 3.5m over terms of between 5-7 years. The company charges a yearly interest rate of between 7%-9% plus a share of the company’s return. Since its foundation in 1998 Mezzanin Kapital has invested approximately EUR 100m.
