Vinge

Vinge has appointed two Stockholm-based associates to the position of partner. Patrick Forslund joined Vinge in 1996, specialising in banking and finance as well as real estate and environmental law, and Rikard Stenberg specilises in corporate law, corporate finance, capital markets as well as M&A. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Stenberg worked as an in-house-lawyer at Enskilda Law, part of Enskilda Securities. In addition to these appointments, Vinge has recruited Göran Nyström from fellow Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling
