Industri Kapital

Industri Kapital 2000 Fund has sold 10m shares in Alfa Laval AB to a number of Swedish and international institutional investors. The shares correspond to 9% of the issued share capital of the company. Following the transaction Industri Kapital has decreased it shareholding from 30m shares to 20m shares, corresponding to a change in ownership from 26.9% to 17.9%.
