In addition, following a petition for a restructuring of the company presented in December 2001, the board of directors of the Swedish listed company Dial Nxt Group AB (DNG), has filed a petition for bankruptcy to the Stockholm Stock Exchange and will undergo liquidation. In the summer of 2001, 2M Invest invested DKr 13.7m in the company in order to turn it around. 2M Invest also provided guarantees for DNG totalling DKr 6m.
