SEB has announced that Stuart Fleet has joined SEB’s Acquisition Finance team. Fleet joins SEB after a three-year period at ABN AMRO where he was a director in the Leveraged Finance Group. Previously he was an assistant at HSBC Investment Bank’s Specialised Finance Unit. SEB Acquisition Finance is focused on delivering both senior and mezzanine debt to the North European buyout market and has dedicated executives in Stockholm, Frankfurt and London.
