Investor AB to close London office

Investor AB will close its London office, located at 10 Hill Street in Mayfair, as of December 31, 2001. The office was opened in 1996 when Investor formed Investor UK Limited to manage Investor’s new investments and core holdings in the information technology sector. In 1999, the new investments business in London was taken over by Investor Growth Capital Inc in New York, and the core holdings were transferred to Investor AB’s headquarters in Stockholm. Since 1999, the office has been used as a representative office.
