The following organisational changes have come into effect as of 18 April 2003: Christian Sievert, investment manager/partner since 1997, assumed the position as managing partner. Gabriel Urwitz, founder and managing partner, has become chairman/senior partner. Per Nydahl, chairman since 1994, has been appointed deputy chairman, still engaged on a full time basis. Per Ove Morberg, formerly executive vice president of Saab and industrial advisor to Segulah since 2001, takes a seat on the board of directors.
