Hannes Snellman

At Hannes Snellman, as in many professional service firms, partners take turns to assume the responsibilities of managing partner. From the beginning of 2005, Johan Aalto will take over from current managing partner Antti Heikinheimo. Aalto joined Hannes Snellman after graduating in 1987 and became a partner in 1994. He has been co-head of the firm's M&A practice and deals with all aspects of corporate law and securities with an emphasis on M&A, corporate finance and investments. Aalto has been in charge of numerous cross-border transactions, take-overs, IPOs and privatisation projects and he will continue to be involved in transactions of this kind when he takes over as managing partner.
