Borenius & Kemppinen

Marja Hanski has joined Nordic law firm Borenius & Kemppinen as senior advisor. Hanski is an accomplished corporate lawyer with extensive experience in international business law. She has worked for example, as corporate general counsel at Uponor Ltd and Asko Group as well as in-house counsel for Kemira Ltd Marja Hanski is chairman of the legislation committee for Central Chamber of Commerce. She has been actively involved in the Finnish Industrial Lawyers' Association, where she has also been chairman. Marja Hanski has also participated in developing the new Finnish Companies' Act in a work group established by the Ministry of Justice, representing corporate interests.
