Nordic Capital ditches co-managing partner structure

Nordic Capital has appointed Kristoffer Melinder as sole managing partner following a reshuffle that sees the GP shed its six-year co-managing partner arrangement.
Melinder had been co-managing partner of the Nordic firm alongside Joakim Karlsson since 2010, when the duo took over from founders Robert Andreen and Morgan Olsson.
In the new structure, 18-year veteran Karlsson will be a partner and the firm's head of Sweden.
The firm said in a statement the goals Karlsson and Melinder had set out to achieve in 2010 had been met, and found it timely to redefine advisory firm NC Advisory's leadership.
