Norvestor makes Svozilik partner amid raft of appointments
Oslo-based buyout firm Norvestor Equity has promoted Karl Svozilik to partner, while promoting two colleagues and hiring three new professionals.
New partner Svozilik has been with Norvestor since 2008, when he joined as a senior associate from a position as associate director at Evli Bank Corporate Finance in Stockholm.
Alongside Svozilik's promotion from senior associate to partner, Henning Krohnstad was appointed investment manager and Martin Kildahl was named senior associate, according to a statement.
Krohnstad joined Norvestor in 2015 as a senior associate, having spent three years in Pareto Securities' corporate finance team. Kildahl was previously an analyst in Aker Solutions' M&A division, before joining Norvestor in 2014.
Jonas Kaldahl and Peter Hedberg will join the team in January as senior associate and associate, respectively, while Marie Fossli Nordheim joins in December as a senior accountant. Kaldahl joins Norvestor from consultancy firm Arkwright, while Hedberg arrives from SEB Corporate Finance.
Nordheim leaves her position as an accountant at MGI Regnskap for her new job at Norvestor.
