Silverfleet appoints Karl Eidem as co-head of Nordic region
Buyout house Silverfleet Capital has hired Karl Eidem as co-head of the firm's efforts in the Nordic region.
Eidem joins partner and existing Nordic head Gareth Whiley, with the two co-managing Silverfleet's Nordic capabilities in the future.
Before joining Silverfleet, Eidem was an investment director at the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP6), where he worked with mid-to-large cap private equity fund investments and AP6's co-investment programme.
Prior to his time at AP6, Eidem was a senior principal at British buyout firm Doughty Hanson's Stockholm and London offices, having joined from a position as partner with ABG Sundal Collier's investment banking team. Eidem's career also featured a stint as an investment banking director at Lehman Brothers and as management consultant with Accenture.
