
CapMan appoints Joakim Frimodig as CEO

Joakim Frimodig has been appointed CEO at CapMan, having acted as interim CEO and deputy CEO since May 2017.
The former CEO of the Finnish private equity house, Heikki Westerlund, announced he would be standing down back in March.
Frimodig has been responsible for strategic growth initiatives at CapMan since April 2016. In his new role, Frimodig will continue to develop the private equity firm’s growth strategy.
Prior to CapMan, Frimodig worked at Summa Capital for 12 years, most recently as deputy managing partner.
He has also served as an adviser for Alfred Berg and ABN Amro Corporate Finance, and has advised numerous Finnish and international companies in M&A and financing transactions over the course of his career.
