
White & Case hires two from Hannes Snellman
Law firm White & Case has hired private-equity-focused partners Jan Jensen and Shoan Panahi, along with senior associate Patrik Erblad, to join its Stockholm-based private equity practice.
During a nine-year stint at Hannes Snellman, Jensen focused on equity capital markets, as well as private and public M&A. Prior to joining the firm he was based at Stockholm-based law firm Setterwalls.
Panahi specialised in private equity investments at Hannes Snellman and worked at the firm for five years, with the final nine months in the role of partner. He focused on M&A transactions, restructuring and insolvency.
