
CapMan promotes Simula to head of IR
CapMan has promoted Mari Simula to its management group as head of fund investor relations.
Meanwhile, Jerome Bouix has stepped down from the management group and will focus on managing CapMan's Scala Fund Advisory.
Scala's incorporation will be completed during 2017 and Bouix will continue as managing director of this subsidiary.
Since joining CapMan in 2007, Simula has worked in several roles, most recently as a partner at Scala Fund Advisory. Her background is in private equity fundraising and fund investor relations, as well as business development and strategic projects.
In the new role, Simula will be responsible for group-level fundraising and fund investor relations.
Scala Fund Advisory has been part of CapMan's services business since 2016. It offers advisory services to private equity fund managers and professional investors globally.
Scala has offices in London, Stockholm and Helsinki.
