Velliv hires chief strategist
Danish pension fund Velliv (formerly Nordea Life & Pension) has appointed Henrik Henriksen to the newly created role of chief strategist, effective from January 2019.
Henriksen joins from PFA Pension, where he has served as head of strategy since 2009. He remains at PFA until the end of the year, where his responsibilities include the development of overall investment strategies across different asset classes.
PFA is currently searching for Henriksen's replacement, a spokesperson told Unquote.
Velliv provides life and pension insurance products to individuals and corporate customers in Denmark. It has DKK 139.1bn in total investment assets.
Velliv has previously committed to EQT VII and Bridgepoint Europe V.
