Hannes Snellman hires Kanter's Klang
Stockholm-based law firm Hannes Snellman has hired M&A lawyer Mikael Klang as partner in its private equity and M&A practice.
Klang will be responsible for developing the firm's Nordic M&A platform and private equity practice.
At Kanter, Klang was responsible for advising corporate and private equity clients on carve-outs, acquisitions, divestments and growth strategies. Prior to that, Klang worked for law firms Ashurst and Roschier.
