Francisco Partners to acquire Consignor – report
According to reports, US-based GP Francisco Partners has signed an agreement to buy Norwegian shipping software company Consignor from its founder.
Sister publication Mergermarket reported that the company was marketed based on EBITDA of around NOK 65m (€7.5m) in a sale process led by EY.
The publication reported at the end of May that the auction for Consignor was proceeding with reconfirmation bids due on 25 May.

The company offers delivery-management software platforms that connect carriers with shippers. It has 10,000 customers, including large multinational companies, as well as small online shops, such as Swedish company Clas Ohlson, and Norwegian companies Friluftsmagasinet and XXL.
Consignor has 150 employees and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with additional offices in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the UK and the US.
Francisco Partners declined to comment.
