Ermitage launches fund advisory boutique in Helsinki
Ermitage Partners has announced the launch of its fund advisory boutique and set up an office in Helsinki to help GPs expand their LP-base in Europe and Asia.
The firm is made up of partners Kimmo Eloranta, Martin Kim, Mikael Salin and Antti Vallila, and two junior team members. It has an additional office in London and plans to set up an additional office in South Korea in the near future.
The firm has links to the LP community in the Nordic region and Asia, especially in South Korea, and will help GPs raise capital from institutional investors and large family offices in Europe and South Korea.
Ermitage will also serve new fund managers looking to broaden their investor base within or outside their region.
Partner Kimmo Eloranta said: "Many LPs I've spoken with have said it has been challenging during the last year to work with new managers, and most of the commitments have gone for re-ups, but for 2021, though its dependent on the Covid situation, we will be a good collaboration for them."
