Procuritas hires Carl Settergren as partner

Settergren joins from PAI Partners, where he worked for 11 years, at first in Paris, then Copenhagen and Stockholm. He led various investments at the large-cap GP, including Atos Medical, Perstorp, Hunkemöller and Chr. Hansen.

He started his career in the investment banking division at Deutsche Bank in London, where he worked between 2004 and 2008.

In his new role, Settergren will be responsible for sourcing and executing deals in the Nordic mid-market PE space and will be based in Stockholm.

Founded in 1986, Procuritas invests in Nordic mid-market companies and has backed more than 45 companies in the region. It is currently investing from Procuritas Capital Investors VI, which held a final close in May 2017 on its €318m hard-cap.
