
Placement agent Ermitage appoints new managing partner

Ermitage Partners, an independent placement agent focused on the Nordic and South Korean markets, has hired Jerome Bouix as a managing partner.
A French-Finn national, Bouix will be based in Ermitage's Stockholm office. He joins from Scala Fund Advisory (formerly CapMan Fund Advisory), where he was managing partner. Bouix has more than 20 years of private equity experience, mostly within CapMan Group where he served in multiple roles, including deputy CEO.
Ermitage has worked with firms including Hamilton Lane, KKR, Access Capital Partners and others, according to a statement. The firm aims to work with a small number of general partners, helping raise around EUR 1bn annually. Ermitage employs 10 people in its offices in Helsinki, Stockholm and London.
