Lisæth leaves FSN Capital

FSN Capital partner Henrik Lisæth has left the firm he had been part of since its foundation in 1999.
Lisæth, the second-largest shareholder in the private equity house, will gradually sell down his 16% stake in the advisory company to the remaining partners at FSN. The stake will ultimately be offered to new partners as they are promoted.
Lisæth is the first of the seven FSN founding partners to leave the firm. He will remain involved with the GP as an adviser and continue as a board member of several FSN portfolio companies.
FSN founder and managing partner Frode Strand-Nielsen told Norwegian media he has no plans to scale back his own involvement with the firm in the immediate future.
