Nordic Capital hires two
Swedish GP Nordic Capital has hired Karin Lepasoon as director of communications, environmental and social governance (ESG) and HR, alongside the appointment of Emma Brandt as ESG manager.
Lepasoon was previously an executive vice president at construction and project development company Skanska, where she was responsible for strategy, communications, investor relations, sustainability and IT.
Prior to her employment at Skanska, she primarily worked within communications in industries including healthcare and medical technology.
Lepasoon will join the firm on April 1.
Emma Brandt began her tenure as ESG manager with Nordic Capital in January this year, coming from a position as global business controller for sustainability at H&M's Hong Kong office.
She previously worked as a consultant at Deloitte.
