IPO of EPiServer cancelled
Venture capital investors Amadeus Capital, Northzone Ventures and Monterro Holding have pulled plans to list portfolio company EPiServer.
The company was set to list on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm today but has been cancelled due to volatile market conditions.
According to reports, the cancellation is not due to weak demand with EPiServer's CEO, Martin Henricson, claiming the shares were fully subscribed.
