CapMan appoints Simonsen CEO
Nordic GP has appointed Lennart Simonsen senior partner and new CEO, replacing Heikki Westerlund who is proposed new chairman.
Simonsen joins CapMan from law firm Roschier where he has been partner since 1999 and managing partner since 2001. He will resume his new role 1 June, 2010.
CapMan also held its AGM today, and it was decided the firm will pay a dividend of €0.04 per share to its shareholders.
