IK Investment Partners acquire majority stake in Colosseum Dental
IK Investment Partners have acquired a majority stake in Norwegian dental care specialist Colosseum Dental.
The investment was agreed with Trallfa, founding owner Gard Lauvsnes and other shareholders. The terms of the investment has not been disclosed. However, alongside IK's investment, Lauvsnes will reinvest a proportion of the sale proceeds.
