Axcel launches IPO of Pandora
Axcel has launched an IPO of its portfolio company Pandora with a share price in the range of DKK 175-225, according to reports.
The IPO values the company at up to DKK 29.2bn and a potential listing of the company was reported last month. It is believed that 44.5 million existing shares, 2.7-3.4 million new shares and over-allotment shares of 6.7 million will be offered. This values the IPO in the range of DKK 8.2-12.3bn. The final share price will be decided by 4 October.
The IPO will represent a partial exit for Axcel and the shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen on 5 October.
