Ratos's SEK 1.4bn share emission fully subscribed
Ratos's emission of class-C preference shares to increase its share capital has been fully subscribed, generating proceeds of close to SEK 1.4bn in total before issuing costs.
Within the terms of the emission agreement, approximately 6,000 preference shares have been allocated to investors.
After the emission, the total number of shares in Ratos will amount to 324,970,896, whereby 84,637,060 of them are A-shares, 239,503,836 B-shares and 830,000 are preference shares.
The estimated first day of trading on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm for Ratos preference shares is 28 June 2013.
Ratos announced plans to increase its share capital by up to SEK 2m through a new issue of up to 830,000 class-C preference shares, at a price of SEK 1.75 per preference share, on 27 May.
