Hannes Snellman appoints two partners
Nordic law firm Hannes Snellman has appointed Peter Lyck and Mikkel Fritsch as partners at its Copenhagen office.
Lyck joins the from Bech-Bruun, where he was a partner working with blue chip companies on public tender offers, IPOs and bond and right issues. In his new position he will be responsible for public M&A and ECM transactions.
Fritsch was previously a partner at Horten. He has also worked at Gorrissen Federspiel and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken where he gained experience in advising Danish and foreign banks, private equity funds and transaction financing.
