Altor appoints new Danish partner
Altor Equity Partners has appointed Søren Johansen as partner, responsible for the firm’s investments in Denmark.
He succeeds Denis Viet-Jacobsen, who will continue to be associated with Altor as non-executive director to the Altor funds. Prior to joining Altor, Johansen was employed at Kromann Reumert for 22 years, and was managing partner since 2007.
Johansen has extensive experience as a lawyer with core competences that are said to match the business activities he will be responsible for at Altor.
Viet-Jacobsen, one of the founding partners of Altor in 2003, moved abroad for family reasons at the end of 2010.
