Norvestor acquires stake in Aptilo
Norvestor Equity has acquired a majority stake in Aptilo Networks AB.
The purchase price for 100% of the shares in Aptilo was SEK 104.5m before transaction fees. The CEO and management team of Aptilo will retain approximately 10% of the shares in the company.
Stockholm-based Aptilo was founded in 2001 and is a leading supplier of software solutions for wireless service management and policy control. Over the last four years, the company has generated an organic annual growth rate in excess of 25%.
Norvestor will also fund Aptilo's acquisition of ServiceFactory AB on a 100% basis with SEK 26m.
